Taiwan Excellence has brought its LOHAS Days showcase to Taguig, putting the spotlight on a “Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability” through fitness sessions, wellness talks, and a product exhibit featuring innovations from award-winning Taiwanese brands. The three-day event, which opened on September 12 at Ayala Malls Market! Market!, combines wellness activities with technology and sustainability-driven products.
The exhibit and activities wrap up today, September 14, giving visitors a final chance to join the free classes, see live demonstrations, and explore more than 30 products from 17 Taiwanese companies that highlight how health and innovation go hand in hand.

The opening day drew a lively crowd with its performances, showcases, and special guests—including Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, who was formally introduced as Taiwan LOHAS Advocate. “I’ve always admired Taiwan for being a leader in championing better health and wellness,” Gray said. “Seeing LOHAS being shared here in the Philippines is an empowering reminder that living a healthy, sustainable lifestyle is something we can all embrace.”
Josephine Shun, director of the Economic Division at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines, emphasized Taiwan’s vision for a “Healthy Taiwan” and its reputation as the “Bicycle Kingdom.” Alex Lai, director of Taiwan Trade Center Manila, added that Taiwan’s long-standing focus on innovation continues to shape products that make everyday life better.

Among the highlights of the showcase are Giant’s XTC SLR 29 mountain bike built for balance and durability, Acer’s Swift Edge 14 AI laptop with long-lasting performance, FECA’s eco-friendly Slam Dunk Basketball Kit, Annie’s Way Power Hydrate Facial Essence, and Makalot’s Motion Tracking Suit designed for AI-powered AR/VR use.
LOHAS Days has been offering yoga and spin classes, body combat workouts, and wellness talks—all free for mallgoers. Taiwan Excellence’s mascot FuBear has also been on hand to entertain families and kids, adding a playful touch to the event’s tech-forward edge.
LOHAS Days is organized by Taiwan Excellence, a program established by Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs to recognize innovative products “Made in Taiwan.”
